Rain.

Well I normally enjoy the rain, but after having the great idea of parking in between the swim complex and the building my classes are held in, then walking between both so I didn’t have to drive all over campus I. I am a genius I though. It is sunny, I’ll get exercise, and I will enjoy the beautiful weather. After going to a water polo game and then attending two, one hour long lectures, I walked back outside. The weather had changed. It was now windy, dark, and raining hard (horizontal rain, that you can’t find shelter from). My car was a half mile across campus, and my nice morning walk I had from my car to the swim complex turned into an afternoon sprint to my car from class. In high school I ran the 800 (half mile) in track my fastest time I believe was around 2:15. This afternoon I may have broken it! One I got to my car I was drenched and I lay in the driver seat winded and soaked. My point is sometimes good ideas turn into bad ideas.

Accept,
John
