So I recently wrote a blog on food. Today I think I will go back to that thought but write about daily exercise. The International Health Committee just came out with a new study that said to maintain a healthy body a person needs to exercise everyday for 30 to 60 minutes. The American health committee says that exercising 3 to 5 days a week for a time of 15 to 30 minutes well keep a person healthy. Have you ever noticed when you travel to other countries the people look healthier? Maybe our standards are too low. The real question is though will 30 to 60 minutes of curling (see picture) really help a person maintain their health?John
